I been thinking about it.

now I was wondering if it is possible to shift into a form so much and or so often for long periods of time. that you sort of become that instead of what you were before? 

Or you have been that form so much that you are confused now, as to what form was your original. Though my friend is right, slowly over time you would end up back at your original because it feels more natural.
