			<description>i have been reading a book called Dead Names: the dark history of the Necronomicon, it is a book written by Simon, who was behind th translation and publication of the first edition of teh Necronomicon. i have learned quite alot from that book, includining it's origins, as well as clear links between various cultures and religions. it also introduced me to a piece of modern history i hadn't known before but was apparrently already old news.

			<description>From what I have studied from history books such as The Celts: A History by Peter Berresford Ellis, school, and little blurbs I have found on the net, it seems rather clear that the ways of the Druids can/be/could be related to not only Animism but Shamanism as well. Both have relatively similar beliefs so...why not? Just because the cultures may have never mingled doesn't mean the Druids couldn't have been Shamans of their region and evolved differently from how the Native American Shamans did.
