| I found this link the other day I thought that would be perfect when doing research on the Gods and Goddesses. The link I have here is for the Goddess Brigit who is considered "The Triple Goddess" and was one of the Goddesses that survived Christian adoption, with the exception they demoted her to 'Saint'. | interesting. the only "heros" i have to look to are dragons in book,s that 90% of the time turn out evil.... go look up Ancalagon the Black from J.R.R. Tolkien's books.
i am interested to hear more if you think any are worth mentioning
edit: well dragons in books and sometimes some other stuff that melds with my mind to make something interesting, but the problem with the mind is you must force weakness, i hate the "omg all powerful" complex some people have | |

| Nata-kun, you may wish to look into a book called "Dragonlore". It could prove to give you pointers on where to find legends about good dragons. Most of the good or positive dragons I know stem from the Asiatic region. | |

| Boadicea if I remember correctly was a "real" woman who had happened to be a Chieftain/Queen of her clan. When, I believe it was, Roman Legionaires came through asking for her surrender or rather when her husband died (who had been an alley of Rome) his will was ignored his wife (Boadicea) was flogged publicly while her daughters were raped. She rallied the other Britons by displaying her scars and basically said, "If they were willing to do this to me, imagine what they will do to you," type of thing/deal.
