| I just picked up the book 'Spiritual Liberation' by Michael Bernard Beckwith. Ironically enough I had glazed my eyes over this book at least once or twice before Twilight told me about it. I saw the book again the last time I went in and it took a few moments, but I realized it was the book he was talking about because of the title and the Authors name (lol XD). I haven't started reading it yet but I will here hopefully soon, after I'm done with a few of my other books first. XD lol | |

| You're welcome dear. I figured that is helpful for people trying to locate a copy for themselves. Sometimes when you go to the library and you don't have the full name you'll find other books with similar titles and it makes finding the one you want difficult. | |

| It's okay I found it nonetheless...mostly by accident. I don't doubt that I will enjoy the book. I get good energy coming from it so... | |

| Very cool. I hope it wasn't a terribly bias article. I've seen a site dedicated to Otherkin that was extremely bias on the topic. | |

| well, the issue it is found in is surprisingly full of open-mindedness for a change, probably due to the inclusion of NewWitch's Galina Kraskova joining in, and an interview with Carl Weschke.... though th ebeginning pissed me off as usual... >.> pagan elitist meatheads.... | |

| usually the magazines so mentioned have this very elitist, hypocrically intolerant attitude. and this issue didn't go without that either, but there was a great half full of some of the best articles i have encountered in it since the Warrior's Braid Ceremony for Memorial Day. Carl Llewellyn Weschke is incredibly wise and open-minded, as was Lupa in her article for Otherkin. the article on whether Satanists are Pagans or not was met by a mixture of arguments both bloodcurdling and intelligent. some were just absolutely elitist, intolerant, hypocritical and ignorant, full of hatred.... while others were very well-researched and calm, a couple even very nice and pleasant to read. it is a good magazine, i promise, it is just that there tends to be alot of anti-christian bias in it. | |

| Well I don't think anyone is without just a little bias when it comes to Christianity since there were the Inquisitions, Witch Hunts, etc, etc. But it isn't without it's good teachings as well, I do admit. | |

| indeed. i just hate how so many people can be so naive and closeminded. even in that magazine issue there was clear contrast between every article. and even within some articles thare were BOTH! there were people talking about how religion is doctrine and spirituality is freedom. there were people talking about how being outside the box shouldn't mean building your own box. stuff like that. | |

| No thanks, I'll pass. I'm not much into reading all the New Age Hippy Wiccan, Pagan stuff. I prefer being in my own little world under my rock and I'll take that subscription to Renaissance magazine instead. | |
