Where Is Our Rank Bar?

I just found out recently that I'm going to have to have someone make us one or I have to make it. Since I don't have access to Adobe Photoshop (or my computer for that matter) I cannot at this point in time make the Rank bar myself. I'll give the commissioning a shot, but I'm rather skeptical if anyone can give us something I'll really approve of and like (without too much heckling as to what I am and what I run and all that). And let's not forget your guy's opinions. It matters if you rather like them as well. So please know that I am working on this. If we don't like what people give us I will do it myself as best as possible with paint. Please be patient.

So I have bars to indicate rank now however...they weren't at all like what I expected. I expected the whole show of a gradual progression up a ladder sort of thing...nope! Got something else. But I'm willing to give anything a try once...or twice. I will be posting the Ranks and the bars that were created. It is up to you guys to let me know which of these decorative bars should represent what rank. Please note that the Admin and Mod should most likely have the same bar unless you feel differently...then please say so. So please post your opinions here in this topic. Please keep in mind we don't have to use all the bars. The bars you choose to represent the ranks will indicate to me a reflection of your tastes as well. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask (especially if your trying to figure out what a certain bar is depicting).

Hmm...I'm not sure about how the bars and titles should be matched, but I don't particularly like the pentagram or the one with the man. The one with the man looks kinda creepy and the pentagram has been cut off, so it looks strange to me. Other than that, they look good. I'm especially fond of the stones, though.

By the way, what are the bottom two depicting?

Well, I like them. I'm not terriby fond of the one with the man in it (I think that's a man). I rather like the pentecle, but definitly understand why some wouldn't with it being partially cut off. the bottom two are really hard to tell what they are, but I think one is a burning torch or staff and the second is a sword or wand, can't quite tell.
I love all the nature ones though, like Sheion, very fond of the stones. and if you decide to replace any of them, one with waves and/or flames might be neat, going with that whole nature/element thing...just a thought...

It is a man, it is the man who is the 'King of Wands' from my deck. The Staff or Rod is the 'Ace of Staves' and the sword is the 'Ace of Swords' from my deck as well (I say mine only because I own one of these decks). Oh! I like that suggestion, but...using the major elements like that isn't especially a neutral thing for me either...they usually have to be for something specific, but I still do like the idea.

the only two that still show up now that i found this thrad are th pentagram and the king ofwands... :/ well, i say that the pentagram should be for either student or initiate, and the king of wands for either grove master or grove elder... but i can't see any of teh other sto place them because it says they have been moved or deleted.

They were deleted because I have since made my own for The Grove and the ones I have made are of a more neutral theme. I made certain to stay way from the obvious Wiccan and Pagan symbols due to the possibility of getting members who do not follow those paths and would wish not to have such a thing. I need to send a reminder message probably to Azazel to remind him he still needs to make them into gifs with the bright green being transparent. That was the only snag I had and I know Photoshop can do a better job of converting the files for me. Hence why the new ones haven't been posted up. When they get sent to me I'll probably delete this topic and start a new specifically for those. I also told Azazel if he felt like he could improve them he had the freedom and right to play with them if he so saw fit. I always like to see what fellow artists do when they play with an idea.
