Food Affects Your Mood! Imagine that....

Recently I was having some issues with my personal life and I was trying to get to the root of the problem. Well I'm no doctor and I'm also not a scientist, I was lucky if I got a C+ in Science because of how boring and uninterested I was in the topic even though I would try my best.

Well any way, I took a shot in the dark because I got this crazy idea to decide to do a google search on, "Does food affect your mood". Sure enough I got several hits and I wanted to link some of these important articles so that people who may also be suffering from dieting/depression, etc might be able to use this as a general guide for keeping themselves healthy.

Turns out I was missing quite a few of these things in my diet since...well...I don't exactly have a budget to go grocery shopping. As much as I want to eat healthy I just don't have all the money in the world right now that could really help me change my eating habits. Now that I am more aware of how much food affects me though you can bet I'll be keeping an eye on what I eat and when abouts.

The bread would make you sleepy, the cheese you would want to eat first, cause they say if you eat a certain thing before others it helps in the process of when you are digesting so the, for instances, bread doesn't put you immediately to sleep. The tea I would think would hydrate you and provide you with some antioxidants depending on the tea.

ugh.... maybe i should sleep....
