Trouble With Channeling

Today I went to dance and do some sword dancing. My beloved wound up kind of turning it into a training exercise but still it was fairly relaxing and kept us busy. Unfortunately however the true goal of this dance was to channel and as I channeled send a message outward on a spiritual level. There was a problem though, I couldn't. Not once did I channel as I did my final dance for the eve and that sucked.

My beloved believes that because of my minor irritation with him that it could have very well hindered the process.

Any ideas, suggestions, comments?

about channeling? no, i know nothing of such. such occurences cant be uncommon, if it happens a second time then there might be something larger. im not saying forget it, because all oddities should be looked into, but this might be a remote case. keep me updated on such things.

i...need to do as you... i more of need practice with my fangs (swords). i love them, but without an opponent, feel awkward. do you have any suggestions or actions that might help? i know very little in such things at the moment. i would very much like to perfect my Dance of Blades before such times come that i need it.

my two blades are my Scimitar Icingdeath, and my Longsword Talon (kinda a hand an a half really, its got an extended handel, but its quite balanced for a sword of it size)

I'd like to update this topic with stating I know now what the problem was. I had some nasty "Shadow" attachments that were keeping me from properly doing my normal higher guidance channel between my higher self, guides, and gods. Some friends were kind enough to point this out, these are people I know I can trust, and I have taken the steps to rid myself of these things. Though you must stay vigilant with these sorts of things, especially if you hypersensative and highly intuitive. The reason why these guys had a bit of an easy time attaching was because of some paste trauma and they posed as guides. Remember that if a being is a true guide you can test them, you have that right to make them PROVE who they are. If they aren't for your highest and greatest good send them packing!
